Our marina in Trappe, aside from being an immense winter storage facility, also consists of 46 slips which can accommodate boats up to 49'. Although a bit off the beaten track, the customers who have slips here are more concerned with the protection the creek offers from wind and storms, the security of the rural setting, the solitude and wildlife, and most importantly the price. Ask about special prices when renting both slip and using our dry storage services.
About our dockage:
Creekside storage is the row of slips on the approach to the marina. Larger boats will need to use these slips
Harbor slips are in the basin. Usually boats up to about 42' can use these slips. Maximum draft in the slips closest to the entrance is about 5'. Slips near the end of the harbor can only accommodate about 3' draft. We reserve a few slips in front of the shop for access to boats which are being worked on. View a map of our slips.
Payment ...Slips are billed at the beginning of the month for the current storage period.
Electric ... Electric is provided for occasional use. Boats which remain plugged in constantly will be billed for electric usage. As we do not include a charge for electric on the contract, there is no implied guarantee of continuity of service.
Water ...There is a water hookup at least at every other slip. We do shut off the water before the first freeze of the season to protect our plumbing. We try to get the water running again when the threat of freezing is over.
Accommodations ... We have restrooms and showers available for our slip guests. The property does have a fence and gates. You will receive a combination for the gates when you arrive.
Parking ... There are specific parking areas. When you leave on an extended trip please ask the yard manager where to leave your car.

You may reserve a slip for the upcoming season (2010) at any time by filling out the form below. You will be sent a contract via email. Sign and return with a deposit of 20%. Balance will be due 2 weeks before scheduled occupation of slip.
