systems have all been professionally maintained and are in above average condition. The teak decks are dry and
in good condition, especially for a boat of this vintage. Engine maintenance has been provided by an authorized
Caterpillar dealer at the recommended intervals since she was first launched. WINDALIN's hull and superstructure
receive annual waxing and polishing, her decks are cleaned seasonally, her varnish is well maintained. During the
summer months, WINDALIN has had monthly bottom inspections and cleaning by a diver. All maintenance records
for this vessel can be provided at the time of survey.
