5 Star Listing Penultimate is a Grand Bank 46 Europa in superb condition. The GB 46 Europa has been enjoying wide consumer acceptance since it's introduction. Penultimate was ordered and equipped for longer range, wider area cruising. With her offshore systems she has had several cruises from Nova Scotia to the Bahamas. She has lived in a building for years, when not in use; dry sailed for her cruises. She cruises at 10.4 knots @1gpm with stabilizers, generator, bowthruster, full fuel and water, Zodiac, etc. View the photos to see a bottom as smooth as any racing boat - tremendous fuel saver.

Salon

Aft entrance to the salon from the large covered aft deck is through two sliding doors that have custom sliding screens. The helm seat, w/ storage drawers, is to stbd and adjacent to the door to side deck. The L-shaped settee is to port w/gas assist lift-up seats for easy access to the storage below. Storage is to stbd w/barrell chairs on each side. The settee and chairs are covered in Hunter Green ultra suede. This Europa was built w/optional teak and holly cabin sole. The salon and guest cabin soles are protected w/ custom cut and bound carpet.

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is forward w/ a custom queen size pillow top mattress. The Cedar-lined hanging locker and custom gas assist flip-up storage locker under the berth provides an abundance of storage space. The master head, w/ optional Sealand Vacuflush head, is located on the port side w/ an entrance only from the master suite. In 2004 both holding tanks systems were upgraded to auto-flush and two Tank Watch system were added.

Guest Stateroom & Guest Head

Forward and down from the galley to port is the guest stateroom w/ two large single berths w/ storage drawers below divided by a large cedar-lined hanging locker. The guest head, which is also used as the day head, is located opposite the guest stateroom and has a full shower. Sealand Vacuflush head and a Splendide 2000 combo washer/dryer is located in the guest head.

Galley

Forward of the salon to port is the U-shaped galley. The microwave is mounted eye-level allowing for generous amount of counter space below. Across from the galley to stbd is the dry bar and storage cabinet with flip-up top and foldout cutting board w/ U-line icemaker below.

Aft Deck

The aft deck on Geronimo is a large beautiful area that opens to the salon forward at deck level. When the sliding doors are open, the salon and aft deck become one large area. The aft deck is covered w/ the extension of the bridge deck, which protects the area from all weather. There are two large deck hatches in Teak decking which provide access to the very large full beam lazarette. Another aft deck hatch, on center-line and closer to the salon, provides access to the machinery/pump room w/ additional storage, and forward in this area is a door to the main engine room.
