Accommodations Minnehaha is a rare and much sought after 3 stateroom, galley-up layout. Starting forward, there is a large V-berth with bookshelves out board and access to the anchor locker all the way forward. In front of the access panel is the 23" HDTV Sony flat panel TV. To port is the entertainment center with Satalite receiver, HD DVD player and HDMI switcher with remotes. Large drawer storage was added below berth and large hanging closet with full length mirror was added to facilitate better storage space. There is excellent shelving outboard and additional book shelves on bulkhead above berth. Access to head and stall shower is through a door to starboard. Opening ports are to port and stbd. Moving further aft, the second guest stateroom is to port and has a large queen sized berth. Nightstand with drawers is centerline, drawers below berth, and a large closet at forward end of stateroom. Entertainment center is outboard and contains HD Sat receiver, HD DVD player, and HDMI switcher. Access to second stateroom is through a unique pocket door arrangement that allows for excellent privacy for both forward staterooms as well as making the forward area very open and airy when the door is in its "pocket". Access to head is through door directly across form port stateroom. Opening port is aft of hanging closet. To stbd. is full head with Vacuflush toilet, stall shower with grate, and full sized washer and dryer. Excellent storage is outboard and in cabinets below counter. Counter is solid surface and is done in neutral tones. Opening port is above sink. All the way aft in forward area and under stairs leading to main salon is access to engine room. In main salon is galley to port with electric stove, convection/microwave oven, excellent storage, and large double stainless sink. At the helm to stbd. is excellent storage via a redesigned chart/storage box. Compass is centerline mounted and out of the way to facilitate complete access to storage area. 2 Raymarine E120 screens are installed in custom cabinetry above helm. New wiper/washer controls with intermittent are installed at station, along with bow and stern thruster controls and stabilizer controls. All other controls/switchers are mounted to stbd. or port side of helm. Helm has seating and ice maker below. Door to walkway is aft of helm and in front of seat. Main Salon has wrap-around settee with large centerline mounted dropleaf table. Below table is wine rack, magazine rack, and sub woofer in a very discreet teak veneer box. All cushions are done in blue ultra suede and are in excellent condition. To port and aft of port door to walkway, is additional seating with pull up access to storage below. In corner is additional fridge. Above fridge is custom shelving that contains complete audio visual and computer center. Large 37" HDTV Flat panel TV is mounted IN headliner and is controlled by an electric motor that allows for wonderful viewing while down and is stored COMPLETELY out of view when in the "up" position. It is an installation that is second to none in terms of form and function. In addition to Bose Surround CD/DVD system, there is an Apple Macintosh computer that is setup with blue tooth and Wi-Fi to enable users to access a network in their marina and uses a wireless (bluetooth) keyboard and mouse. The large LCD panel that serves as the TV ALSO is setup to be used as the monitor for the computer. In addition, the computer is setup to be viewed in any or all staterooms (on the Sony 26" LCD) via a custom HDMI switching arrangement. With the use of the bluetooth keyboard and mouse, this setup allows any person in any stateroom to access the internet, write letters, or view the Nobletech charts installed on the main computer. Aft stateroom has centerline queen, abundant drewer storage, cedar closet, stall shower to stbd. with head to port. Desk is to port, aft of head, and has complete entertainment system with 23" Sony HDTV and Sony HD DVD. Aft facing companionway leads to aft deck. Electronics and Navigation The electronics on Minnehaha are first class. All systems are brand new and have been installed by top notch electronics and cabinetry experts. Mechanical/Electrical All systems have been carefully inspected and have had meticulous maintenance performed. Oil changed religiously and all fuel filters replaced regularly. Engines have had 1000 hour service done by CAT dealer and have only 1100hrs on them. The engine room is immaculate!
Deck Perhaps the most impressive part of Minnehaha is the new bridge. With 2 new Double Wide Stidd chairs done in ultra leather, a reconfigured helm and dash, 2 tempered glass inserts w/wipers and washers that allow for complete operation while in the rain, additional seating provided by 2 Waeco fridge/freezers with custom powder coated frame and cushions, a Sunbrella/Seamock top that opens like a T-top, new Oyster ultra leather cushions w/covers, the bridge of Minnehaha is a beautiful and functional area that will appeal to the most discriminating buyer. One no longer has to operate from below in the rain as the bridge is equipped with glass windshields and wipers w/washers!! Almost 100k alone was spent on the reworking of this flybridge and it is absolutely spectacular.
