Grand Baron is a low use, well founded yacht equipped for coastal cruising and live aboard service. She exhibits typical Grand Banks qualiy, a warm interior with a generous amount of teak cabinetry throughout. Her engine room is spacious with 5' of headroom and provides easy access to the major systems. She is equipped for either warm water or cold water cruising. She has been well maintained and selectively updated to suit the owners.



Accommodations

The forward cabin includes a large Vee Berth with filler, including drawers and locker underneath. A large hanging locker lies on the port side. The cabin is illuminated with sliding window, an overhead opening hatch, and two brass reading lamps.


Moving aft from the forward stateroom on the starboard side is a large pantry/linen closet/storage area with adjustable shelving. Just aft of the pantry is a private full-size head including vanity, and a separate shower. The area is illuminted with an overhead opening hatch, a sliding window and ample fluorescent lighting. Just opposite is the full sized U shaped galley.


Moving up 3 steps from the galley is the large main saloon. This spacious area includes the lower navigation station, custom entertainment center, built-in L shaped settee, lounge chairs, teak drop leaf table, and a dinette area with 2 Grand Banks bar stools.


All main saloon furniture fabrics wre recently redone in blue Ultrasuede. Custom Yacht Mini-blinds are fitted throughout.


Moving aft and down 3 steps is the master stateroom, which includes a queen size centerline walk around berth, with storage drawers beneath, a large double hanging locker, another locker with adjustable shelves, numerous built in clothing drawers, and a full size head with vanity and separate shower. An aft companionway/door leads to the aft cockpit. The entire area is illuminated with sliding windows, fluorescent lighting and appropriate brass reading lamps. A full length mirror, dressing table with stool and mirror are located on the port side.
